Giftbox | Foot Cream & Lavastone

I ordered several items including the above mentioned Giftbox in early December thinking that the order would have plenty of time to arrive, not knowing that the shipment was coming from Iceland by parcel post. The order took 3 full weeks to arrive after spending 12 days in customs. Request for help with customs from customer service went unanswered.

When the shipment arrived on the afternoon of Christmas Eve, it appeared to have been carefully packed and was not damaged on the outside. However, the product packages inside were a different story. The packages were flimsy, shopworn with ink transfers and they were dirty and damaged. Certainly not the lovely gifts I was expecting. I had neither the time or budget to replace the gifts or the boxes. I was embarrassed to give such sad looking meager gifts and although my daughters were polite and gracious, I could see they were disappointed. My daughter-in-law did not receiver her gift on Christmas since it need to be shipped to her home in another state. The products themselves are nice but nothing special given the price and the aggravation.
